Woman pours hot water on husband in Niger state

A woman identified simply as Amina allegedly poured hot water on her husband in Niger State.

It was gathered that the incident took place at Kontagora town hall in the state following a heated argument between the couple.

Details of the incident are still vague at the time of filing this report.

A local journalist, Comrade Sadiq Lanre Ishaq, who interviewed the victim in a video, said that the police are investigating the incident and the culprit will be charged in court.

“Marriage is not a war zone,” he added in the video posted on Thursday, March 27, 2024.
