Sporting Lagos eliminated from Federation Cup
Sporting Lagos of the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL has been eliminated from the Federation Cup.
Paul Ofor's team lost to the Nigeria National League, NNL and Inter Lagos.
Inter Lagos on Thursday defeated their rivals 2-0 in the semi-final at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Onikan.
Inter Lagos' Tony Obiah and Abubakar Tahir scored in the match.
Inter Lagos will face the winner of Ikorodu City FC and First Bank in the Lagos State Federation Cup final on Sunday.
Sporting Lagos were eliminated from the competition along with heavyweights such as Remo Stars and Heartland.
