Railway asset management company renovates Kaduna facility

RPMCL, the Nigerian Railway Asset Management Company in Kaduna, has announced that it will soon begin renovating facilities within the Kaduna railway line.

The company expressed dissatisfaction with the current state of the facility and stressed the need to keep the facility in good condition so that customers get value for money.

The Managing Director of RPMCL, Mr. Timothy Zaranga, explained to the press that 10 rental properties in Kaduna South were sealed during a routine inspection carried out by the company.

Mr. Zaranga lamented that the tenants were not complying with the established rules and regulations and vowed to collect the debts of all rental properties.

He asserted that the government has a responsibility to ensure that those operating on company premises pay a fair rent.

The MD appealed to the people to see the government as a partner in development.
