EPL: Chelsea draws 2-2 with Aston Villa, Arsenal qualifies for Champions League


Arsenal have mathematically qualified for next season's Champions League.

This follows Chelsea's 2-2 draw with Aston Villa on Saturday night.

Unai Emery's side, who are also aiming for Champions League qualification, took the lead through Marc Cucurella's own goal.

Rodgers doubled the lead before the break.

However, Chelsea hit back with goals from Noni Maduke and Conor Gallagher.

As a result, Villa now have 67 points with three games remaining.

Arsenal have 77 points with four games remaining and will face Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.
