BREAKING NEWS: Suspected herdsmen have plundered Adijah community in Benue, many feared dead.
Suspected herdsmen are feared to have looted Adijja community in Ugbokpo, Apa Local Government Area of Benue State on Thursday afternoon, leaving several people dead and others injured.
DAILY POST learned that the assailants attacked a village a few kilometers away from the Otukpo-Oweto road and opened fire on residents, killing an unspecified number of villagers.
One community member told DAILY POST that residents were evacuated to nearby villages.
