Zamfara State Police Commissioner Muhammad Shehu Darijan and the state police command management team have awarded new ranks to 54 senior police officers of the command.
They have been promoted to various ranks in the recent promotions announced by the Police Service Commission (PSC).
According to a statement issued by the command’s spokesperson Yazid Abdullahi, the promotions include three Superintendent Generals (SPs) who have been promoted to Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP), and three Assistant Superintendent Generals (SPs) who have been promoted to Superintendent General (CSP). ) There were 51 people. Among the beneficiaries is Command Chief Imam SP Suleiman Alhassan, who was elevated to the rank of CSP. Others include his ASP Aminu Magawata, ASP Buhari Yandoto and ASP Hassan Abdullahi who were promoted to the rank of DSP.
In his address, Zamfara State Police Commissioner Muhammad Shehu Darijan congratulated the newly promoted officers.
