Woman who attacked husband for chatting with girlfriend sent back to prison

Kano girl Hafsa Ibrahim has been remanded to a Sharia court docket for beating her husband Jamil Muhammad with an area press iron and slicing 90 of his garments.

The girl allegedly dedicated the act as a result of she suspected that her husband was speaking to one other girl on his mobile phone.

Prosecutor Usman Shuaib Dara advised the court docket that Hafsa hit her husband on the top with an area iron, injuring him.

Dara additionally advised the court docket that she used scissors to minimize via 90 of his garments and seized his cell phone value N80,000.

However, Mr Hafsa denied the allegations.

Umar Sunusi Dan Baba of the Khadi tribe adjourned the case till December 11, 2023.
