We are unmoved by the Court of Appeals’ decision – Delta APC
The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State has set aside the judgment of the Court of Appeal regarding the governorship election in the state.
The party said it would challenge the ruling in the Supreme Court.
APC, in a statement by its Publicity Secretary, Barrister Valentine Onojeguo, said it is confident in the mandate given to it by the good people of the state who believe in the APC’s laudable plans and the capabilities of its candidate, Senator Ovie Omo. Ta. Agege will be revived.
The Past praised the good work of the legal team and said it was a fully resolved case and hoped for a favorable decision at the Supreme Court.
The party praised its members for their steadiness, support and loyalty, while urging them to remain calm and hopeful, assuring them that “there is light at the end of the tunnel”.
The statement further emphasized that “the stolen mission will definitely be restored.” It’s only a matter of time. ”
The APC said the Court of Appeal’s decision would not stand the test of time.
“We have no doubt that we will restore our mandate to the Supreme Court. We have absolute confidence that the Supreme Court will do justice to our case.”
