Transfer: West Ham plot to move for Sanusi in January
West Ham United are planning a January move for FC Porto defender Zaidu Sanusi.
According to TEAMtalk, the Hammers have named Sanusi to replace veteran defender Aaron Cresswell.
West Ham have been rumored to be interested in signing the Nigeria international in the past.
The 26-year-old was close to joining Ligue 1 club Olympique Marseille in the summer.
Sanusi recently returned to action after being sidelined for about six weeks due to injury.
The left-back joined Porto in 2020 and has established himself as a regular at the club.
