A Nigerian woman, Oluwabukunmi, who described herself as a “former girlfriend of broke men” advised women not to do the same.

“As a former boyfriend of broke men, I tell women not to try. Broke men hate themselves because they are broke and they transfer this hate to everyone around them, especially their partners. They also have this unnecessary need to humiliate you. 0/10, I don’t recommend it,” she wrote in a post on Sunday, November 26th.

“And if you are now doing better than them at anything in life, they will make sure to destroy you and whatever else. They’re going to finish you off, my God. They will break you into little pieces until you are as broken as your wallets and bank accounts.”
