The church celebrates its 70th anniversary as we speak.


The International Headquarters of Christ Apostolic Missionary Church in Mushin, Lagos, as we speak commemorates its 70th anniversary with the theme: “Behold, I will do a new thing.”

The pleasure is contagious for the viewers as they make their method to the pulpit. This is as a result of the church is not going to solely mark an essential milestone, but additionally the inauguration of an ultra-modern cathedral generally known as the Glory Cathedral, an affidavit to the glory of God.

This church was based by Apostle John Ajayi Agbona, a poor man from Ilawe, Ekiti State.

After a supernatural encounter with God, his life’s trajectory took on a brand new path when he was known as to the ministry. Despite his lack of funds, he remained steadfast in his religious progress, neighborhood impression, and unwavering dedication to his religion. Since then, the church has grown by leaps and bounds, establishing branches in Nigeria and overseas.

Currently led by CAMC Worldwide Chairman Pastor JB Taiwo, the church is main its members on the proverbial phoenix journey. The International Headquarters has occupied a well-deserved place, adorned with glory and splendor, in line with the occasions and the wants of the congregation.

Founded on December 13, 1952, Christ Apostolic Missionary Church has been a pillar of religion and repair locally for 70 years. The Church is dedicated to spreading the message of grace and glory and has performed an essential position in altering the lives of members and non-members.
