Rangers coach Irechukwu will rely on past record to win against Abia Warriors

Rangers head coach Fidelis Ilechukwu said the side will be banking on a great record to win against Abia Warriors.

Rangers will swap tackles with Abia Warriors at the Umuahia Township Stadium on Sunday (today).

Irechukwu has never lost against Abia Warriors.

“As the coach, winning is very important for us because the league season is currently starting,” he said in a pre-match interview.

“If you look at the record that Abia Warriors have against Rangers, they have an advantage over us.

“We need to see our individual results against them during our time at MFM, but I believe there is still hope for a good result in this match.”
