President Tinubu held a gathering with King Charles at the 28th United Nations Climate Change Conference COPE28 at present held in Dubai.

The President shared photographs of the assembly on his web page X with the caption;

”I had a productive assembly with His Majesty, King Charles III of England, who can also be the Head of the Commonwealth and a passionate local weather advocate.

The assembly was a major step in strengthening the partnership between Nigeria and the United Kingdom, and I’m optimistic about the constructive influence our joint efforts could have on the way forward for our planet as we hope to determine an equitable international customary for environmental administration at #COP28. ”
