Paris 2024: Banyana Banyana captain absent from game against Super Falcons

South Africa will be without goalkeeper Andile Dlamini for their 2024 Olympic qualifier against Nigeria's Super Falcons.

Dlamini withdrew from the team for health reasons.

The team's head coach, Desiree Ellis, will now rely on her second team in Kaylin Swart.

Swart is a capable successor to Dlamini after her impressive performance at last year's FIFA Women's World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.

Nigeria will host the first leg on Friday 5th April at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja.

The reverse match will be held in Pretoria four days later.

The overall winner will qualify for Paris 2024.
