Osan NSCDC awards 746 new officers


The Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, NSCDC, Osun State Command, has decorated 746 newly promoted officers.

This was contained in a statement made by the Command Spokesman, Mr. Adeleke Kehinde, and made available to DAILY POST on Saturday.

Osun NSCDC Commandant, Agboola Sunday, while commending the newly promoted officers at his headquarters in Osogbo, said the promotion was an award for excellence, dedication, hard work, loyalty and discipline.

Mr Agboola appealed to the newly promoted officers to see their promotion as a new step in their career.

He commended the Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji Ojo and the Commander-in-Chief, Dr. Ahmed Abubakar Audi, for approving the promotion.

He said they have left an indelible mark on the Corps and it will be difficult for anyone to surpass them.

He also asked newly promoted officers to justify their promotions.

“Be selfless in the discharge of your duty. Intensify your efforts to fight crime and make Osun State safer for the general public.

“I would also advise those who have not benefited from promotion activities not to be deterred. Just keep working hard and hope that in time you will get a promotion for yourself,” he said. Said.

Air Vice Marshal AI Amodu of the Nigerian Air Force Research and Development Center, Osogbo, while conveying a message of goodwill, urged them to be more dedicated and dedicated as their performance in promotions would attract further promotions.

“A new rank comes with certain duties. I strongly advise you to be prepared.”

According to the statement, the breakdown of the total number of officers promoted from the command is as follows:

6 corps deputy commanders, 33 corps deputy commanders, 36 corps commanders, and 120 corps commanders.

The others are as follows: 127 are Deputy Superintendent of Police, 295 are Deputy Superintendent (I) and 129 are Deputy Superintendent (II). ”
