Offa is wary of Sunshine Stars threat as Sporting Lagos take on Akure

Sporting Lagos head coach Paul Ofor has said ahead of Sunday’s Nigeria Premier Football League match against Sunshine Stars that he is aware of the threat posed by Sunshine Stars.

This encounter will be held at the Ondo Sports Complex in Akure City.

This will be the first match between the two teams.

Coach Ofure was confident that his team was well prepared to achieve a good result in the match.

“Sunshine Stars are a solid team. They play with sharp attackers and have physical wingers,” he told club media.

“They have good build-up play and are good in the air and on the ground.

“We are aware of this and our goal is to try to control the game as much as possible.”

Sporting Lagos are without a win in their last two matches.
