Nollywood actor Dejumo Lewis passes away

Nollywood actor Dejumo Lewis has passed away.

The actor, who mainly appeared in Yoruba films, has passed away at the age of 80.

Luis' death was confirmed on his colleague Saidi Balogun's Instagram page.

“Good night Dejumo Luis, may your soul rest in perfect peace,” Balogun posted on his social media platform.

Lewis is known for his roles in “A Place in the Stars,” “Crossroads,” “Power of 1,” and especially as Kabiyesi in “The Village Headmaster.”

Although the cause of his death has not yet been confirmed, many actors have paid tribute to him on social media.
