'Mood of victory' – Ogunmode celebrates Remo Stars' return to NPFL summit

Remo Stars head coach, Daniel Ogunmodede, said the team is currently in a winning mood following Thursday’s win against Lobi Stars.

Two late goals from Sikiru Alimi and Adams Olamilekan ensured Ikenne remained unbeaten at home this season.

Sky Blue Stars occupy the top spot in the 15th week of the Nigeria Premier Football League matches.

Ogunmode commended the players for their relentless spirit to ensure victory.

“In a winning mood! Thank you to the entire team for their unrelenting spirit as they worked hard to secure maximum points in Round 15 of the Nigeria Premier Football League,” he wrote on his X handle.

Remo Stars will face Heartland on Thursday in Game 16 at Dan Anyam Stadium.
