According to previous reports, Don's love for the iconic burger began 52 years ago, on May 17, 1972, when he ate his first Big Mac. Since then, Don has carefully stored and counted all the containers and receipts.

From his stint in a maximum-security prison to his retirement, Don's obsession with Big Macs remained strong. His fellow guards even supported his record by sneaking in burgers on their second shift day.
Despite once eating up to nine Big Macs a day, he now follows a two-meal routine, enjoying one at a restaurant and cooking the rest in the microwave at home to stay in shape. I avoid fries.
In response to what people said about his habits, he said: “People who see me eating a Big Mac often comment that it looks like I'm eating a Big Mac for the first time.”
“A lot of people thought I would be dead by now, but instead I've been a record holder for 24 years and I'm one of the longest-running Guinness World Records record holders. It's so great for me. is.”
Don, who walks six miles every day, boasts of good health despite his unusual eating habits.
He hasn't deviated from the Big Mac, and in 1984 he turned down a Burger King Whopper, declaring, “If I like something, I stick with it.”
