Home Minister promotes 32,361 workers

The Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji Ojo, has introduced the promotion of 32,361 employees from businesses below the ministry’s supervision.

The minister mentioned the board authorized the promotion of 4,498 Nigerian Correctional Service officers, 4,598 Nigerian Immigration Service officers, 1,680 Federal Fire Service officers and 21,385 Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps officers.

Tunji Ojo defined that the achievement of this milestone is unprecedented lately and underlines the federal government’s dedication to the welfare of law enforcement officials.

“This feat is unprecedented in the history of Nigeria’s paramilitary services and is a testament to the commitment of the RenewedHope government of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) to prioritize the welfare of its officers.” .
