Latitude Consultancy Limited, the global specialist in residency and citizenship, has made significant changes to its management team. Group CEO Eric Major will become executive chairman and is expected to lead the company’s strategic direction and future growth efforts, the statement said.
The statement said that under Mr. Major’s leadership, Latitude Group successfully completed its merger with RIF Trust in 2018 to expand its footprint in the Middle East market, tripling its sales force.
In his new role as Executive Chairman, Mr. Major will use his extensive experience and vision to guide the company’s focus on government advisory and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) opportunities.
These strategic initiatives aim to accelerate the company’s already impressive growth trajectory and expand its product range and geographic location.
Similarly, RIF Trust’s current CEO Mimoun Asraoui will assume the role of Group CEO. The newspaper said Asrawi is a veteran executive with a track record of expanding into new markets and driving new businesses.
Assraoui brings a fresh perspective and forward-thinking approach to his new role as Group CEO of Latitude Group.
