Speaking at a groundbreaking ceremony in Warri on Monday, Governor Obolewori pledged to aggressively promote the upgrading of roads across the three senatorial districts in the state in line with the MORE agenda.

He itemized four projects, including a viaduct from Energen Junction in Efurun to Malin Wari. Construction of a three-quarter cloverleaf interchange and two pedestrian bridges in Efurun on the existing Efurun viaduct. Construction of a viaduct at the PTI junction along the Effurun-Patani (East/West) Expressway. and the construction of a viaduct at the DSC roundabout.

The governor said, “The strategic project aims to resolve the frequent traffic congestion between the Effurun roundabout via the PTI road junction and the DSC roundabout on the Effurun/Pattani (East/West) Expressway. “There is,” he said.
