God appointed Tinubu as president – Oba of Benin tells Nigerians

The Oba of Benin, Oba Ned Uku Akpolokpolo Ewuare II, has said God has appointed Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the President of Nigeria.

King Ewuare II said this while calling on Nigerians to live in unity regardless of differences.

He said this when he paid a courtesy call on the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu at Lagos House, Marina.

“God ordained Tinubu to be the President of Nigeria. We are one. I support peace and tranquility.

“We have to live together as one. Nigeria is big. We have to resolve our differences and learn to live together as one big family,” he said. said.

The Lagos State Governor later tweeted about the visit, saying he was honored by the visit of the Oba of Benin.

He said the monarch’s visit “reaffirms our commitment to cultural harmony and cooperation.”

Mr. Oba called on Mr. Sanwo-Olu to make further efforts during his second four years in office.
