Forest slam Amorim's Manchester United for second successive defeat

Nottingham Forest beat Ruben Amorim's side 3-2 at Old Trafford on Saturday, condemning Manchester United to a second successive Premier League defeat.
United forward Rasmus Højlund canceled out Nikola Milenkovic's early goal, but Morgan Gibbs-White and Chris Wood put the visitors in charge and kept United at bay after Bruno Fernandes pulled one back. There wasn't.
Forest achieved their first win at Old Trafford since 1994, moving them up to fifth in the Premier League table, while United are languishing in 13th place.
Amorim has made a strong start to his career in the United dugout, replacing Erik ten Hag who was sacked last month, winning one and drawing two of his first three games.
But he warned of a “storm coming” for the struggling club, which has endured a difficult start to the season.
After losing 2-0 to Arsenal in midweek and coming from behind at home on Saturday, reality is now starting to get harsher.
“It's a tough game in tough times, but we have to keep working,” a disappointed Amorim told the BBC.
“This is a long journey. We are improving in some aspects. We have to win games to improve the team.
“We're at the beginning of something very big, so we're paying attention to every detail. We already know this is a tough job, so we have to keep going.”
The former Sporting Lisbon manager will be as dissatisfied with the manner of the goal as he is with the result.
– The pain of set pieces –
A corner kick proved a failure for Arsenal, beating Lisandro Martinez and allowing Milenkovic to head home from Elliott Anderson's corner kick in the second minute.
United fought back and leveled the score in the 18th minute when Alejandro Garnacho's effort from Manuel Ugarte's ball was held out by Forest goalkeeper Mats Sells before Hodjlund turned home.
The home side were unable to extend their lead and after a free-kick, Forest's Jota Silva headed his shot over the crossbar.
United captain Fernandes came close to scoring with his own set-piece in the dying seconds of the first half and fired a 25-yard free-kick, which Sels expertly flicked with his fingertips before hitting the crossbar.
However, Forest once again made a lightning start to the second half.
Fernandes passed the ball to Callum Hudson-Odoi, who was easily brought down by Andre Onana, who deflected Gibbs-White's 20-yard strike.
New Zealand international Wood headed Gibbs-White's deep cross in the 54th minute, but the ball looped in and Matthijs de Ligt, Onana and Martinez were unable to deal with it.
Just after the hour mark, Amad Diallo replaced Fernandes, driving down the right flank and showing great skill and awareness, slotting the ball past Sels from the edge of the box to give United a point back.
The goal gave Old Trafford fans newfound faith and they cheered when Diallo went close moments later.
However, Forest sensed the surge and slowed down the hosts significantly. Diogo Dalot made the save, but Diallo was denied with a block.
In stoppage time, substitute Marcus Rashford's volley was deflected wide and Martinez fired an acrobatic shot just before the final whistle.
