IPAC chairman candidate faces criminal charges in court

Follow Jonathan and don't create a crisis in our organizations – IPAC to Yusuf Sani

IPAC has called on former national chairman of the Inter-Party Advisory Council, Yusuf Sani, to emulate former President Goodluck Jonathan and stop causing trouble within the organization.

DAILY POST reported that IPAC held an election on December 18th and Yusuf Dantar was elected as the new chairman.

Sani, who was the national chairman of the Action Democratic Party, ADP and IPAC, acknowledged defeat, congratulated Dantal in front of the press and declared the election free and fair.

In a fierce election, Sani received eight votes, losing to Dantal, who received 10 votes.

However, to the shock of many stakeholders, Sani, who is still struggling to defend allegations that he declared some ADP candidates dead and submitted their death certificates to INEC, announced that the The company appeared in court on December 28, 2017, and obtained a court order suspending some of the ADP candidates. Inauguration of the newly elected IPAC National Executive Committee.

And IPAC, in a statement signed by its National Publicity Secretary, Chinyele Ogekalu, called on the ADP National Chairman not to create a crisis in the board, which is supposed to act as a mirror of the political party in the country.

“The question is, not only did we congratulate the winners, but also why there was a need to rush to court after filing a petition challenging the election results with the IPAC Election Appeals Committee set up by the tyrannical regime on December 22, 2023.” The question is, is there any?'' the organization asks.

“The court, which was deceived by Yabagi Sani, may not have known that Yabagi Sani’s term had already expired when the order was issued on December 29, 2023.”

“Faculty of Engineering” Yabagi Sani should emulate this noble example (by Goodluck Jonathan) as it is not worthy of his ambition to cause an unnecessary crisis in IPAC.

“If he refuses to end his shenanigans, posterity will judge him and those determined to sway the Council very harshly, because they are bad losers.”
