Speaking at the graduation ceremony of the two-day training of the first phase project of Trainers Rice Training Program held at Abuja Industrial Park yesterday, the Minister said the ministry is currently adopting a bottom-top approach in its poverty intervention efforts. Ta.
“Chinese companies are giving our women high-yielding rice varieties, which they then go straight to planting.
