EPL: Two key Man City players suspended for match against Aston Villa, blow for Guardiola

Manchester City manager Josep Guardiola will be without two key players when his side travel to Aston Villa in the Premier League on Wednesday.

Jack Grealish and Rodri received their fifth yellow cards of the season in Sunday's 3-3 draw with Tottenham.

Rodri, who has already been suspended for three games this season, was booked for a cynical foul on Pedro Polo.

Grealish received a yellow card for kicking the ball away and will not play against his former club.

This means he will receive a mandatory one-match ban at Villa Park.

Given Villa's home form so far this season, the suspension will be a blow to Guardiola's side.

The champions go into the match trailing leaders Arsenal with a three-point lead.
