EPL: Gary Neville predicts Man City vs. Tottenham

EPL: Still under consideration – Gary Neville refuses to change title prediction

Manchester United legend Gary Neville has insisted Arsenal can win the Premier League title despite their recent losing streak.

The Gunners were top of the table at Christmas but are now five points behind leaders Liverpool.

Mikel Arteta's side lost 2-0 at home to West Ham and 2-1 to Fulham last week, dropping them to fourth place.

Arsenal seem to be struggling to find goals this season. Bukayo Saka is the Premier League's top scorer so far with six goals, followed by Eddie Nketiah with five, three of which came in one game against Sheffield United.

Gabriel Jesus has scored seven goals in all competitions, four of which have come in Europe.

Despite their struggles, Neville believes Arsenal can finish the season higher than their rivals.

He told Sky Sports: “I'm not going to change my predictions. You can't flip-flop in the middle of the season. They're not completely out of the situation.

“They will be disappointed, they will be disappointed in themselves and the Arsenal fans will be disappointed in the last two or three weeks because I think they missed an opportunity to be in a great position.

“They're not in a position where they can say they can win the league, but they should have had a four, five, six point difference in the last few weeks, so they've got no choice but to work on it.”

“They've gone through a difficult patch but they can come back and they can win the league. The problem is at the top end of the pitch where they're having trouble putting the ball in the back of the net at the moment.”
