EPL: Pochettino reveals why he punished Chelsea striker Nicholas Jackson

Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino has announced that striker Nicholas Jackson has been punished after being suspended for the Premier League.
Jackson’s fifth yellow card caused the Blues to miss one game.
Pochettino himself was suspended for confronting referee Anthony Taylor shortly after the 4-4 draw with Manchester City before the international week.
But he said he took the punishment himself after being suspended for an altercation with an official.
“(Jackson) had to stand (for punishment),” Pochettino told reporters.
“And since I’m suspended and can’t run, I’m going to pay for dinner. So I want to pay.”
