Transfer: Man United complete first January deal after official announcement

EPL: Man United admits two injuries ahead of match against Bournemouth

Manchester United will be without Jonny Evans and Raphael Varane for this weekend's match against Bournemouth.

The Premier League club confirmed this in a statement on Thursday.

Varane picked up a muscle injury against Chelsea and will be out for “the next few weeks”.

Evans also has a muscle issue, but it is said to be “short-term.”

United are already without six senior defenders. Tyrell Malasia, Luke Shaw, Lisandro Martinez and Victor Lindelof are also injured.

Evans and Varane also join the treatment table, and Erik ten Hag faces a crisis in selection.
