Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has maintained that training cannot thrive without security.

The governor spoke on Saturday on the seventh and eighth joint convocation ceremony of the Federal University of Dutsinma.

Mr. Radda emphasised the necessary hyperlink between security and significant training, and clarified that “without security, there can be no meaningful education.”

He expressed deep concern on the affect of banditry on colleges, resulting in disruptions and closures and disrupting college students’ studying alternatives.
