The announcement was made on Friday at the state command headquarters in Jalingo, the state capital.

Commander Adam Salihu, while interacting with journalists on the level of preparedness taken by the command to prevent breakdown of law and order during the celebrations, said that all tactical units, including rapid reaction forces, SWAT teams, and women's special forces, are in charge of this.
