“Children don’t lie about how they feel” Sophia Momodu reacts after receiving criticism for sharing a chat where daughter Imade said Davido wasn’t there for her when her brother died

Sophia Momodu has reacted after trending to share her daughter Imade Adeleke's chat.

The businesswoman took to her SnapChat account to share a screenshot of her daughter's message to her maternal grandmother.

A portion of the conversation was painted, but the zoom shows Imade lamenting that her father, Davido, was not there when she needed him after her brother, Ifeanyi, died.

The chats went viral and some people criticized Sophia for it, while others defended her.

Reacting, Sophia said: “Children don’t lie about how they feel, especially to their grandparents.”

She also revealed that she has been raising her daughter alone for 2 years, without any complaints.
