In the north-west, troops of Operation Hadarin Daji neutralized 20 terrorists, arrested 20 terrorists and rescued 83 kidnapped victims in various operations across Katsina, Sokoto and Zamfara states, a defense report said. the official said.

He said the military neutralized 16 terrorists, arrested 16 suspects and rescued three hostages in an ambush operation against the terrorists within the period.
He added that air forces conducted an air interdiction on November 16 at the terror leader’s new enclave known as Boderi in Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
He said terrorist activity had been observed in the area and rocket and artillery attacks were carried out.
He said a battle damage assessment revealed that the terrorist leader’s brother named Nasir and several lieutenants and infantrymen were neutralized with buildings destroyed.
