AFCON 2023: Super Eagles to play friendly match behind closed doors


The Super Eagles will play two test games behind closed doors in Abu Dhabi.

Jose Peceiro's team will play their first match against a local team on Sunday.

They will face fellow West African side Guinea in their second and final warm-up match on Monday.

Both matches will kick off at 4pm local time (1pm Nigerian time).

The Super Eagles set up camp in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, this week ahead of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.

The three-time African champion is scheduled to arrive in Abidjan next Wednesday.
