Actor Mark Sheppard says he was 'resurrected from death 4 times' after suffering 6 heart attacks

Hollywood actor Mark Sheppard has revealed he suffered six heart attacks and had to be resuscitated multiple times.

“You won't believe this! Yesterday I was on my way to an appointment when I passed out in the kitchen,” wrote the actor, who played Crowley on the hit series “Supernatural,” via Instagram over the weekend.

“Six massive heart attacks later, and being resuscitated 4 times, I apparently had a 100% blockage in my (left anterior descending artery).”

Sheppard, 59, shared a selfie lying in a hospital bed while resting his head on a pillow.

The “Doom Patrol” star noted that he suffered what is called a “widower” heart attack.

According to the Cleveland Clinic, this heart attack occurs due to “complete blockage of the heart’s largest artery.”

“My chances of survival were practically nil. I feel great. Humiliated once again. Home tomorrow! Sheppard wrote.

The actor also thanked his wife, Sarah Louise Fudge, the Los Angeles Fire Department and the hospital staff who cared for him.
