The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) staff arrived early today at several polling units in Borno State as residents troopeded out to vote for their preferred governorship and house of assembly members.
Naija News understands that INEC officials arrived early at Modu Dadabe 040 Polling Unit, Hausari/Zango ward this morning and voting has commenced.
There was, however, a heavy presence of security operatives as INEC staff & essential materials arrived at different polling units in the Northern state.
Voting started at exactly 8:33 am at Polling Unit (PU02), Chingowa Unit, Masu ward, Mafa council, Borno this morning, according to The Cable.
