Rev Fr Hyacinth Alia of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has won Apa Local Government Area in the Saturday’s governorship election.
Apa is the constituency of the PDP deputy governorship candidate, John Ngbede.
Alia polled defeated his close contender, Titus Alia with a slim margin to pocket Apa.
